My stay at this hotel was hands down one of the best experiences I've had as a business traveler. The room setup was awesome, with a spacious sitting area and a sofa that pulled out to a bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was a major plus, as it was close to the Atl Greenbelt where I enjoyed dinner at Ponce City Market. The common areas were clean, and I appreciated the hotel's efforts to enforce mask-wearing.
Additionally, the malfunctioning elevator was quite an inconvenience, as it took a while for the doors to close properly.

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised when the hotel managed to organize access for us to use the indoor pool at a nearby location. I'll recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast, friendly front desk staff, spacious and clean rooms, accessible location, accommodating to late arrivals, shuttle service.
Felt at home instantly, no reason to complain.

the room was extremely spacious, and the breakfast area offered a rich selection of food. the staff was efficient and patient, providing excellent customer service. We also appreciated the maintenance man's friendly and helpful attitude.

loved the location – super close to shopping at target - tjmaxx, and the mall. the front desk staff were really helpful getting us checked in. they also reduced the rate for one night of stay.
